“ Total joke! Been here an hour and a half already and no door. Got here a half hour before my appointment time. ”
“ Was looking forward to a long unload and was not disappointed. Checked in at 6 for a 6am appt got a door immediately backed in went right to sleep. 7 hours later they were still not done thats incredible but I was no longer tired so I put on season 2 of animal kingdom. Unfortunately after finishing the entirety of season 2 and just starting s3 I got the green light was given my paperwork and had to leave. Drivers who enjoy getting detention paid 25 an hour to lay down in your bed this is the Mecca. Will absolutely deliver again. ”

“ Well. I got lucky I guess, considering all the bad reviews. App was at 6:00 am. In at 5:30, wrote my info and dopped the bills in the door small compartment. Got a call at 6:20, only had 3 pallets thought. Fell asleep while unloading, till 8, to found out that capstone had sent the lumper fee at 7:30. Out by 8:30. I work the NE a lot, surprisingly I had never been there before. We'll see what happens next time. ”

“ Great service, our appointment was 06:00 am. We already checked out at 7:30am and paperwork in hand. We had 44 pallets full of trailer. Everyone has different experiences. We would like to thank to John who works at receiving. he is nice and helpful. If every US Food was as efficient as this one was.... Cold shipping would be a dream. ”
“ Fast unloading. Parked overnight by the front gate for a 6am appointment got called right away, paid lumper fee and was out by 730am. Drop paperwork by the shack and you will be called. 3 truck spaces by the gate maybe another 4-5 spots on the street. ”
“ No issues here for me. Stop at the gate, bring bills to the receiving slot. Make sure you have your phone number, truck and trailer number, arrival time and appointment time with the bills. My Appointment was 1000. Arrived 0843 finished quickly and pulling off the property 1013. If you have doors 1 through 4 will be difficult to pull out to the right to leave. Pull out to the left, if room at that time you're leaving, swing a u-turn and then out, if not enough room for that, I believe you can go all the way to the back lot and get turned around. Lumper is expensive, but normal unfortunately. 5 pallets 247.00. Have a blessed day, and be safe! ”
